AI Engineer

Overview

FutureAI is building the future of personal recommendations and seeking an AI Engineer to help implement our vision. You should feel comfortable designing and implementing AI models and algorithms from scratch based on business needs, training new models from existing data, and collaborating with data engineers, software engineers, and other stakeholders. Experience with Google’s Vertex AI and the rest of its cloud platform is welcome, but not required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines and deploying models to production environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in Google Vertex AI to design and implement AI and machine learning models tailored to specific business needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Implement best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure model performance and reliability in production environments.
• Conduct experiments and perform model tuning and hyperparameter optimization to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, particularly within the Google Cloud ecosystem, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
